You know what I think about Adobe Animate? It’s way too hard. I tried to animate a bird, and…umm…look, it’s way too hard.
The pen tool always messes up. How it’s supposed to work, is when you put a dot, you can put a second dot to connect the dots with a line. Whenever I curve the line, it branches off of something else, and duplicates itself 3 times, all pointing to the point that I had made just then. So, whenever I want to trace something, I have to use the bumpy, jagged, pencil tool.
Another problem I have with Adobe Animate, is that it’s so hard to find out what you did wrong, or when you are doing something wrong. For those of you who have been shown the bird before…wait…that sounds bad. For those of you who saw my bird animation before, you probably don’t believe it’s even possible to mess up that badly. It is because of how they make everything so impossibly vague! You highlight your character on one layer, and then, it all of a sudden selects every single other character you made in that animation!
I could go on, and on about how hard Adobe Animate is, but English is almost over, so I will close this by saying that Adobe Animate has a long way to go before it is perfect. For those of you viewers that know how Adobe Animate works, please give me some hints, because I am hopelessly lost with this program!
