New Show Season, 2015!

I am so excited that the new show year has finally started! That means at least 2 shows a month, if not more!

I have already been to 1 show this 2015. I had one last weekend, and I have one this weekend. I leave tomorrow (Friday) and the show is until Sunday. The last  show was in Waco, and the show this coming weekend is in Waco as well,  but I have a few shows in Katy this February.

I am especially looking forward to the Katy show this February. The show actually starts the day after my birthday (it starts on Friday and my birthday is on a Thursday), but my mom is going to take me to the show early on Thursday so that I get to spend my birthday at the show with my horse! I am really excited.

Since I will be at the show on my birthday now, I plan to have a fun bareback ride in the sunset in the huge field that they have at the show. It sounds really relaxing and fun, and I have always wanted to get silhouette photos with my horse! If I get any good ones I will be sure to share them on here.

That’s about it for now. I will be sure to update on how the show this weekend goes, and wish me luck! 🙂

Canada Updates!

I am really excited to say that it is 100% official that I am going to Canada this summer!!!

I am so excited to go to Canada, words can’t even describe it. I actually did a post on why I’m going awhile ago, but for those who haven’t seen it, I will do a little recap:

So basically it’s a tradition in our family that whenever we turn a certain age we get to pick a trip to go on in celebration of that birthday. For my trip I chose to go to Ontario Canada. I chose Canada because my inspiration and friend Lacey Jamieson lived there. If you don’t know who she is you can look her up online or look her up on instagram: @laceyjamieson. She has 120k followers on instagram and has inspired many people including me. I wish with all my heart that I was going to meet her in Canada, but she sadly passed away in 2013 because of a blood disease. She was 16 years old.

However in Canada I am going to meet Lacey’s parents and Lacey’s horse Forrest! I have been communicating with the Jamieson’s lately and they are the nicest people! And better yet they told me when I come to Canada I can ride Lacey’s very own horse Forrest!!! People around the world could only dream of doing that, and I am truly blessed with this opportunity to go to Canada.

Thats basically it, but when I go to Canada this summer in June, I will be sure to take tons of photos to share on here. Down below I have a photo of Lacey (my friend, the girl who passed away) and her amazing horse that she trained, Forrest, so that you guys can see him and Lacey too! 🙂 She was an amazing girl and I miss her a lot.
