Laughter = “bad prompt”

Someone once told me that the more you laugh, the longer you will live, and the more you stress, the shorter you will live. This is true—as a good phrase are a fact.

Science has proven that when you laugh, a chemical called dopamine is released in your brain, and they make you feel good. As well as that, your immune system gets a little boost each time you laugh. Have you ever heard that smilingly is contagious? Well, laughter is the same way. Ever been in a bad situation and laughter got you outt is that bad situation? What about those times when someone tells a joke that way-too-funny, and you just burst out laughing and can’t stop? Or when your feeling down in the dumps and laughter has cheered you up?

We’ve all had those laughter moments, but some times  things can be stressful too, so it’s important to soak in as much humor as you can.

  1. Laughter is the best medicine 🙂 .
    Fun fact: kindergarteners laugh around 300 times a day, compared to your average adult’s wimpy 17 times.
    Sometimes when I’m doing a lot of homework and my head feels like it’s about to explode, I watch something funny for a few minutes and return to work. It always helps.
